We specialise in the manufacture of demanding mechanical components and assemblies

Premec´s material thicknesses range from 0.5 mm to 10 mm, and we use punching machines and laser cutters to punch sheet metal. We use CNC power presses, some of which are equipped with robotic arms, to bend punched and cut sheets.

We also use robotics to attach inserts. To ensure the quality of punched sheets, we use a deburring machine for finishing.

Bending

We use bending machines of several different size categories. Some of our machines are equipped with robotic arms and feeding front units.

Attaching inserts

We use many different presses to perform this work stage. Some of our machines are equipped with robotic arms and vibrating feeders.
